An Arrest Is Not a Conviction

Verify a court date or filed outcome with the Goliad County and District Clerk, a warrant or local custody status with the proper court or Sheriff/Jail, statewide criminal history with the Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Records Division, and a registration entry with the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry.
